WestRock Wins 2017 Carton Excellence Award for Innovation
The European Carton Makers Association recently announced its winners for the 2017 Carton Excellence Award. These awards exist to promote the use of cartons and cartonboard to brand owners, the trade as well as designers, the media and politicians as an economically and ecologically. Established 20 years ago, the Carton Excellence Award is Europe’s most prestigious award for carton packaging.
WestRock was honored to have received the 2017 Carton Excellence Award in Innovation for the CustomKote HDI Cartonboard Drink Holder as well as the honor of being named finalist in the Drinks category with Johnnie Walker Black. The Drink Holder can be used, folded and taken with you to the next event to be used again! The multi-colored printed and unbleached solid board can be cut as required and used as a promotional space to address event audiences in a unique way.
